I can't believe this dress is only $12. Part of the tutu is thick and good in tulle that is not itchy. my baby loves it It's a bit on the small side. My daughter is 3 years old in October, she is very skinny so she wears 2T. We bought her a size 2/3T and it fits her very well. Most likely, she will not be able to wear it for 4 months.
