I installed it using the software that came with it and also updated the software, but this wireless adapter still "falls asleep" for me intermittently. That it will disable and NOT be able to detect any signals even if my phone can detect at least six around me. Then I have to restart my computer. When it comes back, everything works fine. And it seems random. This works for a few days and then doesn't, but sometimes I have this problem twice a day. No idea. The main signal it connects to is literally across the room in plain sight. Spring. Maybe one day I'll replace it with another one and try my luck. This works well enough for now. I have a speed of 50-60 Mbps, so there are no problems with streaming.
