Challenging but rewarding
This is a highly detailed kit designed to look like a peek inside a 3D book about butterflies. The artwork is splendid and intricate. As with other products from this company, you need to be very patient and be prepared for extra work to get the parts to fit. I encountered some warping in the wood parts and tabs that needed sanding before they would fit into their corresponding slots. The text in the instructions is poorly translated although studying the photos clarifies what goes where. There are a few places where assembly is easier if the sequence in the instructions is ignored. It's worth the effort because the end result is exquisite.
