This phone is great - been 3 months now there is a buzzing noise when using the phone Too loud for callers to hear each other I was I can send the call back to Future Call for repair and I am very impressed with the customer service!I received an email right away with instructions on how to send the unit in for repair Ask specific questions about the repair process and how long will my dad be without a phone be. Everything went very quickly and I received a call from Future Call to say the phone was repaired and will be returned in a few days, excellent customer service! This is a great phone for those with plus sizes. I like it It worked well for my dad, image based speed dialing, big buttons etc. Nothing is perfect but it's nice to know when you have a problem en , it is solved quickly and with great difficulty ce competence and friendliness!
