Review on Xinluying by Gary Generale

My time spent shopping at the Xinluying online store left me feeling extremely discouraged in my role as a product manager in the outdoor recreation and sporting goods business. Their customer service left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have an impressive assortment of products. It took a very long time before I received any kind of response from the support staff, despite the fact that I had numerous problems with my order, ranging from missing items to products that were damaged. When I did eventually get in touch with someone, I found that they were unhelpful and appeared to lack even the most fundamental knowledge regarding the products that they were selling. Both the shipment and the packaging were of a poor standard, which made a bad situation even worse. When one of the items I purchased arrived, the box was completely smashed, and the product that was contained within was irreparably damaged. My experience with the Xinluying online business as a whole was one that was both frustrating and disheartening to me. Although they may have reasonable prices, the fact that they do not provide good customer support or shipping makes it not worthwhile to deal with them. This shop is not one that I would suggest to anyone seeking for a dependable supplier of sporting goods and equipment for the great outdoors.
