I have had this brush for many years. Eventually I decided to stop trying to make it work and find a replacement. The following are wrong: 1. Battery life is short.2. The instrument is not balanced. The heavy handle and brush holder separated by a slight extension make the tool awkward to handle.3. The power switch turns on the moment you attach the brush holder, so you must unplug it before changing brushes.4. Applying even slight pressure while brushing will prevent the brush from rotating. When I use it, which doesn't happen very often, I leave the batteries out as they're always trying to spin while they're in and that's the best performance I've gotten from this tool. . It's not worth it.
