My old car doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity so I use a 3.5mm jack to connect my phone to my car stereo so I can listen to music on the go. I'm also charging the phone, which emits a really annoying hum and hiss through the speakers. I tried different chargers but I couldn't get rid of this annoying noise so I just put up with it. So far. This little device sits between your phone and your car radio. It requires no power supply, simply connect the 3.5mm audio cable from your phone to this filter and connect the cable (included) from the filter to the stereo jack. That's all. Noise GONE! It doesn't matter which of the two connectors on the filter you use, so there's no fiddling around. The short cord that comes with the filter doesn't appear to be of the highest quality, but it works and is easily replaced if it wears out. I am very happy with this item. This time something works exactly as it should. highlighted.
