My wife spends most of her working day video conferencing. We bought her some quality anti-glare reading glasses to wear when she was in front of the camera. These glasses are noticeably better than the ones from the pharmacy, but unfortunately the bridge of the nose was too wide and they slipped off the nose slightly.
