It's just a nice little bag. Personally, I would never find it attractive enough to wear as an actual handbag, so the whole "smartphone holder" thing is quite a moot point for me. It would look like I'm carrying a makeup bag because it has the same soft, unstructured look as makeup bags, so I'm going to use it for that. The construction is average, I hate when something that has a pattern with lines is sewn with a crooked pattern, I mean they have to follow a line to scream out loud how difficult it would be to sew lines, when to make a seam? But no, it has a plaid section along the zipper that goes awry, and the entire plaid sections front and back are wobbly too. And the neoprene-like fabric makes the seams puffy instead of flat and fitted. It is divided into 2 large compartments, one is larger than the other, so I find it very useful as a make-up bag. The handle is cute but a very different pattern than the bag, but it is detachable. I would not order these bags again, I was quite blown away.
