My first opinion of this bag was negative. I bought this bag after already owning a similar crossbody version from another brand. I wanted something bigger to support my work week and my husband liked the larger triangle design so I went for this one. What I didn't like: The bag is thin with a thin plastic/fabric lining. The lining even rustles. Due to the thin lining, the bag cannot hold its shape when sitting, so it is very soft. It only has one inside pocket and a top zip to close it, but I haven't used it. I don't feel like the zipper is well set in and it looks like it will break or come loose when I use it. I also don't feel like I can overload the bag. In my opinion a top closure and a thicker lining would have made this bag MUCH better. Here's the good: As I said, I was disappointed when I received it, but I have to say it was the size I wanted. I wanted something like a tote bag, but not a huge one. between pocket and pocket. It's the perfect size for what I wanted and perfect for the job. I can easily throw my lunch and other items in, which was my plan. Large triangles really attract attention and light. I received WAY more compliments and questions about this bag than the other. I think the larger design catches the light a lot more. While my other bag would look black in less light, this one has a purple-green iridescent sheen. It's definitely a cheaper bag than some of the others you'll find at Revain. He's the only one with big triangles, so he has some unique qualities and nobody I know has anything like that. But if you're looking for high quality, keep looking. If you're looking for an extra pocket and want to have some fun, you might like this. Overall, I enjoyed carrying this bag. I think the 3 stars is fair considering. If I would order again, I would choose a different brand.
