Review on 🐱 Upgrade Your Gaming with Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition: Low Latency Bluetooth 5.0, Custom-Tuned Drivers, Beamforming Mic, & Chroma Lighting | Quartz Pink by David Stewart

Sound source fits headphones

I love the new headphones! Initially, we couldn't figure out how to change the colors of the ears and side logos. It turns out that to do this you need to download the Razer Chroma RGB application. There may be another way to change the colors, but we've found this to work well. I was very surprised to see that this latest Kitty Kraken BT edition sells for less than the wired version. I'm a little worried my kid will never notice me again as they are noise canceling and wireless. Find out if it's a plus or a minus. Jokes aside, we've only had them 2 days, but the sound quality is fantastic and the sound is clear (we're not audiophiles, we just have standard ears). A few things to consider when purchasing - they require a Bluetooth connection, our computer didn't have one. If you're planning on using it with a PC and need BT, buy a Bluetooth USB dongle for about $10 from Revain (we've opted for MPOW 5.0, it hasn't arrived yet). Also, to reduce latency for gaming, don't forget to put them in gaming mode - instructions come with headphones, but for those who need them: press the power button 3 times and hold the last button for 2 seconds ( this enables and disables game mode). Revised review: After using them for a few days, we realized that they can't be used to have a Discord conversation and listen to the PC game you're playing at the same time. They appear to be playing only one audio source. I found a review on YouTube claiming they contacted Razer support and confirmed that the headphones don't support this feature. Hopefully Razer can fix this with a driver update. I'm changing my rating from five stars to four. Revised, revised review. There is a way to get two sources of audio, the audio is clearer for chat options (zoom, discord, etc.) than for a game. Change the playback source in the audio settings (right click on the speaker icon in the system tray).
