My friend needed a light robe to move in with my roommates and I but he gets hot so easily (t-shirt and sandals are typical in the winter guy). He tried on 7 different light robes and this was clearly the best in terms of temperature. We had to exchange for a size larger than originally ordered and this was the only robe we had to do so I would recommend going a size up from your normal size.
