Purchased directly from their website. Clothes with a bad back. I will no longer shop here. For the second year in a row, my daughter's winter pants were torn. Last year they thought it was an accident, it was the end of the season. This year brought something new and BOTH seams came apart. They're offering me a trade loan because they're out of winter pants. Doesn't help, doesn't give my child new winter trousers and certainly doesn't support your product.
