I like being able to create multiple categories for my projects, such as features or tasks.
It's easy enough to navigate through each category without having too many options open up in front of me. The search function could use some work - sometimes when searching by keyword there are no results found even though you know they should exist! Also, not sure if this has been addressed before but maybe make "recently used" searches more prominent? Great tool overall however we're still working out how best to utilize all its capabilities (especially regarding project management). We've realized that our organization knows what needs done better than any software does; using Project Management tools just makes sense because everyone already uses them internally anyway.
