Initially I had trouble getting decent quality videos, which turned out to be a problem in Windows Media Player. The camera itself worked perfectly, but the manufacturer immediately sent me a replacement after I reported the problem to them. So that means the product and vendor support is excellent. My only complaint is that the screen is quite small and difficult to read in sunlight, but that's a problem with almost all small devices.
