Review on Sony C400 Wireless Behind-Neck Headphones - Black (WIC400/B): Unparalleled Sound and Comfort by Julie Bishop

I've been using the SBH-80 for years

I've used several Sony SBH-80s over the years, while it was the best for my needs, the cable design left a lot to be desired desired. I ordered the C400 the day after it was announced and have used it extensively for the last month. The construction is solid without sacrificing aesthetics. The cable management system comes in handy when I need to get cables out of the way, the neckband is balanced and doesn't wobble when I'm on the move. I wish the earcups were magnetic so they snap together when not in use, but that's not a problem for me. The sound quality is more than sufficient for listening to audiobooks and watching TV shows and movies on your tablet and phone. I don't normally use these headphones to listen to music, but what little I have the sound quality holds up. Battery life is excellent for the form factor, I drain the battery twice a week with 5-6 hours of use a day. The only complaint I have with the headset, however, is that people can't hear me very well when I'm on the phone. I haven't had this issue with my SBH-80s or any other Bluetooth headsets I own, so I'm pretty sure the performance or mic placement can't match the SBH-80.
