The best part of working at tidal labs has been being able to be apart of their community building events, where I have had the opportunity to speak with some amazing people from all over the world! They also do great work in creating opportunities for us as employees to network in our field.

It's not always easy to get paid time off or vacation days but it's very important to take advantage of those when you can so you don't burn out. As an employee we've learned how to become more efficient using cloud apps like slack, which allows us to collaborate easier across multiple teams.
