Problem #1: The soap is too tall so you start cutting before you hit the grooves. Solution: Put the soap on its side. Problem #2: How should I align it? Solution: Align to end doesn't seem to work. It's better if you press it on one of the sides. The corners are a bit curved and it doesn't work very well. Problem #3: The cuts are still not straight because the slits are too wide. Solution: I don't have a solution for this problem. Problem #4: The cuts are messy, leaving a patchy, messy mess. Solution: This way helps the soap slide off the cutter, but it doesn't work very well. I wish I could just buy wire cutters.
