At first this set was amazing. Nothing burns, easy to clean, distributes the heat well. But after about 6-8 uses I noticed that it was sticky. A LOT OF. Now they stain even after washing and are very difficult to clean. Unlike stainless steel, I can't use harsh abrasives to clean it. As with Teflon, I have to be careful not to damage the ceramic. But they are more difficult to clean than Teflon. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about chemicals like with Teflon. But when cleaning is that painful, I just switch back to stainless steel. Update: I threw them away shortly after my review because they were no longer usable.
