Just the right color, no quick release
The leather of this strap is no worse than expensive ones. A little stiff at first, but settles down quickly. I wanted a dark red not the bright red that other brands sell so these look great. The only downside is that you need a tool (included) to install the band. Other bands may have a small hand lever to install which is much easier.
