Terrible - pay more for a better brand.
There is very little product support for this lock and the instructions are not very clear. We follow them correctly and two weeks later the door isn't permanently locked - we have to use the KEY which defeats the purpose of the keyless entry! We will probably send it back. Save money and buy the next brand - it will be a waste of time.
