That little swing is great. It only removes the outer layer of the citrus, not the bitter white peel. I used to think it was ok to use my grater, but this device is much faster, safer, easier and better. It is also easily rinsed off under running water. The only thing I'd like to add is a lid to keep the blades covered when it's in my drawer.
