Review on EWOS Universal Control Samsung Buttons by John Iverson

The remote looks almost exactly like the original Samsung remote (which our dog destroyed). Surprisingly there were absolutely no instructions in the kit. As trivial as it may sound, opening the battery compartment wasn't obvious. We ended up opening the console heading for disaster. Luckily, opening the remote gave us clues on how to properly open the battery compartment. We were able to assemble it and put the battery in at the end and it worked! After that, the operation went quite smoothly, we only had to follow the instructions from Samsung on the screen. However, I could not connect the remote control to the ONKYO audio amplifier. I was able to connect the original Samsung remote to the same amp.
