I want to correct my first review. The company replied to me and explained that there was a bug on a thief's website that delayed their response. They texted me, apologized and immediately sent 2 replacement chords which they personally tested to make sure they worked. They also sent another gift! They contacted me to make sure I got a replacement and again to make sure everything was working fine. I am overwhelmed by the responsibility, personal care and attention I have received to make things right. As for the device. This works very well. I like how the movements feel random, with no "temporary" movements to track. The computer looks like it's being used all the time! This helps a lot when I'm taking a break to change my underwear or let the dogs out and don't want the computer to go to sleep. I know IT follows us, so I don't want to be singled out for housework during the workday. In the end I'm very happy!
