Review on Monitoring Alerts by Jeff Kersey

The user interface is easy to use, as it has all alerts in one place, and the customer support is very quick to respond and help with any questions that we have. I do not like that you cannot set up alerts for different data sources. If you want to monitor multiple websites, you need to create many profiles. There are other services out there that can provide this service for free or at a much lower price. We are able to easily see if our website is down, and when we get an alert, we know right away what happened so we can fix it quickly.
