I bought this case in October 2017 for my (then) new iPad Pro. Earlier iPads had different cases, but I really wanted a case with space for my pen. This case seemed solid and inexpensive to me, so I gave it a try. 15 months later I am still satisfied. My iPad is my computer when I'm traveling, in meetings with clients, or just surfing or reading. It is used for several hours every day and regularly finds a place in a purse, briefcase or in the pocket of a car seat. I also have an Apple keyboard that I use occasionally; The iPad must be removed from this case to use this keyboard. After 15 months of fairly constant use the edge of the blah ck paintwork on the body is starting to wear off a bit but the main body still looks great. If necessary, it can be easily cleaned with a little water and mild soap and then looks like new. The iPad was protected and looks brand new under the case. The rubber band for the pen held up too; The pen never slipped out of the holder. The case allows for multiple different viewing angles, which is great for giving a presentation to a client or sitting at my desk. It's easy to set up for viewing and fold down for storage and charging. It even has a small pocket where I slip a business card or note for safe keeping. At less than $20, this case is a great value. I would replace the case with the same style if and when I need a new one.
