I've been using this for about two weeks in a row and I'm glad I made the purchase. I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both feet and have found this has given me some relief and comfort which, although different from the massage my physical therapist gives, is close enough to providing arch relief. I have narrow feet and calves and am comfortable with most massagers although I wish my calves were better. With my narrow feet, I find that sometimes I have to move my legs forward or back to focus on certain areas. I like warmth! Nice to sit and watch TV and get circulation and comfort for 15 minutes.
