Not easy to disassemble

I was unfamiliar with the X Box One controller. I had to go to the YOU TUBE video to find out how to disassemble it, I would have liked the instructions that came with the product. (not a web expert if my 12 year old son wasn't here) I probably wouldn't have collected it.

Pros
