Review on TEST-815 Double Sided 815 15 Question Compatible Testing Forms (100 Sheet Pack) by Samiran Pusarla

A few times with multiple users this caused my school's Scantron brand scanner to fail (before I used this form , I didn't know it was possible --- it was like your phone or fax hung up). I'm not sure what's causing this other than it's happening with this form and no other form (not another Scantron branded form or any other 3rd party form I've used). Being virtually useless, it has very little value regardless of the "savings". PS See the attached photo for the error message,
