Overall this seems like a fine little product for boiling eggs. Attachments for poaching and scrambled eggs are a nice touch. However, I have an issue which is very annoying and a bit confusing given the many rave reviews I bought it for. The instruction manual shows a measuring cup for water as such, see photo. The important detail is whether you are cooking one egg or multiple eggs. The ACTUAL mug that comes in the box only has water ratings for soft, medium, or hard water. I assume it's for an egg. What if I boil three eggs? The water level must change. But I have no idea because the measuring cup doesn't show this information and it doesn't match what the instructions say. It's not the end of the world, but I usually boil multiple eggs, so now I've had to spend some time trial and error to get it right. Confusing.
