I can see all of my clients' tours in one place, not having to go back and forth between different applications. It's also easy for me as an operator to change prices, add new packages, etc., without needing any additional support from staff or IT department. Sometimes there are glitches that cause problems during playback (such as audio issues), but overall it works well with our video production team. We're solving problems like this by allowing customers to easily select their preferred package options when booking online through our website. Customers don't have to wait until they get into contact with us via phone call just to be able to choose which service level or package option fits them best.
