The product works as it says, but the problem I see here is that the seller is selling the same product to you all, some questions and answers in this list are clear as day, some People get clones and real ones. For example, I have USB only with no battery. The problem I see in the comments is the delete error. The key is to move the map slowly and clear it at least 5 times. Sometimes it clears all at once which is amazing, just to test this I put my old credit card in and cleaned it in one go but the plastic that comes with it is no good it will give random results. At this point I've completely swapped my credit card and laundromat card and it's pretty funny, this device actually works.
