I also liked the old formula. Too early to decide. I shave downstairs and use it to touch up my wife while she uses hair remover downstairs. I just got it and decided to shave my face. I shaved much more closely than Harry's. I almost always have small stubbles that require going over the same spot multiple times (under my ears seems to be my problem area). I just used this and this area is very smooth. I won't be using this to shave for less than a few days but will update. Not to jump to another product here, but if you want a great shave, buy Harry's. I have NEVER cut my face. I have never torn or cut my wife's pubic bone. I just started shaving there again and didn't cut or cut myself. As for the smell, I'm a guy lol. I shower after shaving, so I don't care about the smell. But it has a nice coconut scent and I don't find it too feminine.
