I was pleasantly surprised to see that it comes with a hole punch and a flat head screwdriver. I've never had a belt on him, but maybe that's because he has such a wide size range. Anyway, if you need it, it's there. I have a white belt with a silver buckle/studs. I find it a bit strange. It's faux leather, faux leather, or "vegan" leather, but it's decent. I like it.
