It's certainly not the top of the line, but for the money it's an excellent product. The legs don't unfold easily and I have to tap them with my palm to make the legs move to fold backwards. The coaster is a joke, as are so many other people. said in their reviews - it's loose, wobbly and far from durable - definitely not something I would use. All of which goes to show that this is a pretty solid, flat surface with plenty of legroom underneath. It's big enough for a laptop and a mouse, or a plate and a beer. The surface is a bit slippery so watch your beer when you move and tilt the thing, but there are many ways to deal with it, for example, use coasters for your stuff or these little non-slip sheets. For something simple and inexpensive without expecting anything "perfect", I'd say it was a good buy.
