These are the third batch of mug magnets I have bought and they are the strongest and best I have ever used. I use them to make removable coat hangers and steel closet dividers. I sink two of these into the back of a 1x block of wood and then attach whatever hanger or bracket I need to the front. The ones I've bought in the past are bowl shaped while being cylindrical with a very slightly rounded trailing edge. When placed in a recess, they lay flatter throughout the magnet. My cabinets are lined with corrugated plastic and these magnets are strong enough to still stick well to steel cabinets. Magnets can also be used to hold plastic cardboard where you want to remove it. I will definitely use them in the future.
