As expected, quick to read

We bought this because our last one (from another manufacturer) broke. This one is strong. Reading is fast (almost instantaneous). Easy c/f change with just one hand. The needle/stainless steel part isn't very long (like our old one), so I can't leave it on the pan while cooking. But that was all to be expected. The ones with the long queue are much more expensive so I went for those.
