This material works as advertised. I poured the solution into a spray bottle and used a washcloth to make 4 foot sections at a time to apply to my bathroom tile. Leave to dry for 2 to 3 hours and apply at least 2 layers, 3 gives the best result. Eater now feeds on mortar and tiles instead of soaking as before. Will continue to be used every 6 months to a year.
