Quality Control Issue: Rotating arms not low enough to flip grains

On the machine I received there are two metal levers that need to move the grains in order for it to They don't burn out, it seemed like they were ready for takeoff. And we learned this the hard way: non-stick coatings are useless. It was claimed that this device could boil corn in a kettle, and the little booklet even included a recipe very similar to that of the original Whirley-Pop. Well, the hands didn't flip the grains, just like they didn't flip the sugar. Consequently, we had burnt dirt on the supposed non-stick coating and it didn't come off no matter how long I soaked it. Piece of shit! I returned it. Decided not to try again, didn't want to waste time. I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

Pros
  • BUTTERPOPCORN: Melt butter in bowl opening to add buttery topping
Cons
  • No mold required
