Review on 🔪 Oklahoma Joe's Blacksmith 3-Piece Knife Set: Premium Quality in Sleek Gray Design by Jihye Rivera

I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews people left saying they were getting dull blades in their kits. . But for me everything was sharp and ready to go. I've used them very carefully, trying not to let the blades dangle, but I'll need to sharpen them here soon. I've used a turkey and brisket carving knife and a smaller one (I'm guessing it's a boning knife) many times to trim the fat from the brisket and carve the chicken. not the best, namely the rolling kit that it comes with. But working with knives is a pleasure. For what I spent, these knives have already paid for themselves.
