I like that it allows me to add my vendors as easily - so when they come in with an invoice or expense report/claim form, all of their information goes right into this system! It has helped us stay organized and kept track well of our time spent working towards projects we are currently doing (and also those yet-to be done). The reporting process can sometimes seem complicated at first but once you get used to using everything within the program there isn't much else needed from your end. We've had issues keeping up with things such as billing clients if our hours aren't being billed properly each month, which keeps some bills getting sent out late than anticipated! Having access to reports helps keep everyone updated and makes sure no one falls behind. This software has been very helpful in helping streamline our accounting processes by having better organization among them.
