Review on ProFundCom by Chad Gravely

I like that it allows me to easily integrate my social media accounts with emails, allowing for better interaction between our customers and staff. It's not as easy to use compared to other platforms, so I feel like there are some features I cannot access or have difficulty using at times. Overall though this platform has been great in getting more people to interact with us through different mediums! We've seen an increase of new clients since we started utilizing the platform to connect with them via their preferred channel (social media).
