Review on WantuSee by Davon Clark

As an avid internet shopper, I recently placed an order with WantuSee for a selection of household and cooking items. Although I was pleased with the quality of the products themselves, I was not satisfied with the company's customer care. First, I didn't get any notices or updates from the business about the delay in delivery of my products. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when I contacted them to find out where my purchase was in the process. Second, the mailing process messed up one of the items I ordered. WantuSee was unhelpful and unapologetic when I contacted them to seek a replacement. They said the harm was my fault and wouldn't replace or refund the item. Last but not least, their website has a clunky design. I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the goods I was seeking. In sum, I had a negative shopping experience with WantuSee despite the fact that their goods are of high quality. Until I see substantial improvements in their customer service, I cannot suggest this business to others.
