It arrived very crumpled and to be honest I thought the fabric was damaged beyond repair. I decided not to give up and washed it in cold water on a gentle cycle despite the label saying "dry clean recommended" and to my surprise everything came out perfectly! My daughter loves the dress and especially the bags! It's comfortable and looks great on her! The sizing is odd, we ordered a year over her age and could have gone a few sizes up but it fits.
