First you need to know that I have a Kyocera DuraXV Extreme folding phone. It is thick and beveled at the corners. When I received the camouflage bum bag, I put my phone in a new holster. It was very difficult for me to get my phone out. I've done this several times and always had trouble turning the phone off. I stretched the holster to the limit - filled it with 5" x 2" long pieces of wood that opened it up at least 4" and left it that way for 3 days. It helped relax him and he's much better now. Next problem: When I tried to attach the case to my belt with the metal clip, I found two bars holding the metal clip to the holster. I couldn't attach it to my belt because the first head wasn't attached tightly enough to the case and the head couldn't catch on my (thick) leather belt. I had to remove the first clip and this allowed the clip to be attached to my belt. Now I can go! So, the final word: This case is not designed for Kyocera DuraXV Extreme. But if you work hard and want to be creative about what you need to change, you can make it work. What I had to do was the manufacturer's fault. The tightness of the elastic just isn't for DuraXV Extreme. For this particular phone model, the rubber band should be wider. Phew I know you had to work really hard to visualize all my changes, it was almost as difficult as it was for me to make changes! But I hope this helped.
