One of the bulb plugs is damaged causing the bulb to be loose and not working. Tried calling twice, no answer both times. Unfortunately, when I installed it in my salon and found it was broken, the Revain return date had already passed so I tried to contact the seller to no avail. Be sure to read the full description as well. You can't pull off the bulbs one by one, also the top is not connected to the base, so you might accidentally pull off the headlights/base. If you move it a little I do not recommend this product.
