Out-of-Warranty Service

I bought the watch on 04/22/2016. I returned the watch and a copy of the invoice to the Invicta Service Center on October 30, 2016 with a mandatory receipt for $28 shipping and return (the watch had a one-year warranty). ). On Friday 2nd December 2016 I emailed the Invicta Service Center again after being on the line for 2 hours and 18 minutes when I was abruptly hung up again for the third time. I've tried the online warranty service but I can't provide the non-existent number they want from the warranty (it says how to contact them and where to send the check payable to Invicta Watch Group). The watch was under warranty, I filled out the warranty information, my check was cashed and I still haven't heard from Invicta. I finally got a new watch and my wife has worn it one (1) time, diving to 40ft, the watch is certified to 100ft. Three hours after the dive the crown came off just as we were about to have dinner. The next week I returned the watch under warranty. I was told it would cost over $100. More than the watch originally cost. The warranty did not extend to watches unless specifically stated in their manufacturing criteria. I WILL NEVER BUY A WATCH FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I ordered a Casio diving watch.
