After some bandages for a torn meniscus in my knee I was hesitant to try another product. This brace is easy to put on, just follow the pattern and it really stays in place without slipping off. This allows space to be left behind the knee, allowing you to bend your knee without cutting off circulation. I have to wear mine all day and night and have found that this brace stays in place even if I loosen it a bit to sleep. I would recommend that you unwrap the brace if you need to put ice on your knee. Neoprene will keep most of the cold out if you leave it on. I used the suggested sizes and the orthosis fits comfortably, if any.
