It's very helpful for supply chain management, especially when you have multiple suppliers or products in your system it helps track those risks as well! I wish we could do more with this software like create our own rules so if certain events occur they will trigger alerts but overall great solution! The interface can be confusing at first glance unless someone has experience using these systems before. You'll need some training time up front. We are mainly solving problems related to supplier quality control and making sure all parts received meet standards set forth in specifications.
