Got this for my nephew who just turned 3. He was very excited as he loves dinosaurs and when I opened it up I knew it was a toy he was going to need help with from start to finish. The instructions were a bit difficult to read but luckily they were in color which helped a lot. I have selected pieces and it is oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh will screw screws. The more we built, the more he wanted to keep going. It was difficult for him to learn how to use a screwdriver or a drill, but I could tell he was enjoying this new challenge of dexterity. He kept asking, "So?" as he turned the screws. Super cute and it was a fun socializing experience that ended in a dinosaur fight between the two of us. Taken together, they appear to be quite strong and durable. Some parts were a bit tricky to put together which made me wonder if I did it right, but it turned out quite well in the end.
